Client Project: University Foundation Donor Portal
This University’s Foundation and Alumni Association needed an update to their donor portal. The goal was to give donors access to their giving history while creating a personalized experience based on their donation types, the societies & clubs they’re in, and their membership levels.

Personalize Welcome Header
Tell the donor what membership level they are with a reminder alert when they get close to its expiration. Show them their information on file so if it’s incorrect they can update it. Highlight stats related to their donations.
Giving History
Main purpose of the site is to provide donor access to their giving history.
Personalized Content
Using backend personalization we can identify the fund that a donor gave to and show them content, such as an article or video, that relates to it. At the same time ask them to donate again or set up a recurring donation.
Member Benefits
Different members get different benefits. They can use the donor portal to find out which benefits apply to them.
Personalized Events
It’s important to the client to encourage donors to attend events. The personalize Events page shows them upcoming events, as well as past events that they’ve attended.
